competitive examination -2019
1.
Application are invited from serving male
/female constsbles (general duty/bugler /mali /painter ) of the fore for the
group –c post head constable (general duty) in the central reserve police force
through limited department competitive examination (ldce)-2019 as per mha
Scheme issued vide
u.o.no.r.h.ll-15/2011(hc-ldce)/pers –lldated 14/7/2011 and standing order no.
05.07/2020&its addendum /amendment issued vide letter
no.r.ll.15/2012-rectt.(hc/ldce) dat03/07/2012.
The post are temporary but likely to become permanent in accordance with the
guidelines of the government .

4. eligibility
conditions:

Constable (general duty
/bugler/mail/painter)only in the force having following qualification /qualitative
requirements (qrs)will be eligible to appear in the examination.

Eligibility
|
They should have completed four
years of service including basic trainng on the last date of application.
However constable having more hen 04 years of service shall be considered for
weight –age of marks as under:-
Upto 4years – no marks
4 -5years
-04 marks
5 -6years -08marks
6 -7years -12marks
7 -8years – 16marks
Above
qwarded on the basic of no. years of service completed as constable will be
taken in to account for aggregate marks only while drawing merit list for
selection.

The upper age limit for appearing
in the I,dce will be 32 years the cut pff date for determining age of
candidates for acceping application will be 1st august 2019

10+2 pass from a board or
university recognized by the central or state govt.

Clean record
|
(1)they should have minimum good
acrs of last four years and should have unblemished service records till the
issue of offer of appointment for hc/ldce.apars of last 04 years should be
considered which may be 4,3 apars or
more in number
(ii) candidates awarded minor or
major punishments/penalties under relevant sections eg. Section ll of crpf
act 1949 read with table below rule -27 of crpf rules 1955 during service
eligibility period years and till issue of offer of appointment for hc/gd be
considered as blemished record.
(iii)candidates having nqs with
punishment or punished in orderly room will be treated as blemished records
(iv) warning/advisory should not be
treated as blemis

At the very beginning written
examination will be conducted the written test will consist of only omr based
objective type multiple choice question
the bilingual questron paper should be of 160 marks comprising of 160
questions consisting of one marks for
eacl question with 3 hours duration the question paper will be of one pass
standard

How to
apply
All willing and eligible
candidates will apply offline through units /offces only in the application
from (proforma enclosed )application must be acompained by noc as per
enclosed proforma of appendix-a,.

1. Written
examination will be conducted on 19/04/2020
2. The
responsibility for conduction examination is entrustedto entrusted to central
sector and gc allahbad is detailed as nodal center /gc for scrutiny of
application etc.

Procedure and other conditions as envisaged in05/and its addendum/
amendment instruction issued vide this directorate let no.r.II 15/ter2012
–rectt .(hc-ldce) dated 03/07/12 may be adhered strictly for conduction the
test and category wise final as well as combined merit list be submitted to
this dte as per programme. ubm

head of office will ensure dissenmination of information about
selection of hc/gd through ldce to all eligible candidates in their unit
/office
5.candidates must apply for noc on
plain paper to their head o
Of office the noc should be issued
in prescribed format by h
Head of office and should be
within eligible period/eligible i.e after
notification and closing of application period w.e.f 07/02/2020 to 06/03/2020
(noc should be issued to applicant by head of office w,ef07/02/2020 to
06/03/2020.noc issued prior to 07/02/2020 and afterto 06/03/2020ll not be
accepted
6.candidates will submit their
applicationsin time .no late application will be accepted candidates bee
advised accordingly.
7 . it is the responsibility of head of
office to ensure issuance of noc to only willing &eligible candidates for
selection to hc/gd well in time and service book of the applicant is the only
authentyic document to confirm his eligibility conditions if any candidates
sumbmit certificate with regard to course undergone by him and entry not available
in service book the same may be accepted after verifying with original or
from concerned unit/office
8.eligibility parameters at initial
sereening stage reste with unit/office itself and fulfillment of eligibility
criteric should be ensured by head of office before issuing noc to the
candidates for applying for the post of hc/gd through ldce-2019.
9.central sector is designted as nodal
sector for subject selection and gc allabad as the nodal gc.
10.application from service book
&acr/apar with all other connected documents (viz,noc,ame report
certicate tyo prove educational qualication etc )of the eligible candidates
will be forwarded by h.o.o. to their well in time through spl. Messenger
11. in case wher service recods of
personnel are not available the
Unit /office will intimate their details to the respective gc/office I
Immediately for forwarding their service record to their respect
