District Court Technical Manpower
(Appointment & Conditions of Service
) Rules, 2019. Applications are invited for Direct recruitment through
Suitability Test – 2020 of 50 vacant
post of junior System Analyst in Djistrict Courts , in the pay scale of
--9300-34800+4200/-Grade pay (As amended time to time ),from amongst the
persons appointed aas System Officer
under e-Court Project.

Eligibility:-
Application Forms Will be invited for Junior System Analyst by direct recruitment through suitability test only from those candidates who fulfill following
criteria as per Rule 1(4) (a) of Madhya Pradesh District Court Technical Manpower (Appointment and
Conditions of service ) Rules, 2019.

persons appointed in Technical
Manpower Posts in the Establishment of District Courts in the State of Madhya
Pradesh. ‘’
And as per schedule –I of Rule 5 of
above mentioned Rule is as follws

of working on linux / open Source Software / Windows/ DBMS / Softare development

2 years in District Court
Establishment or High Court.

a.
According
to schedule-, I of rule 5 of
Madhya Pradesh district Court technical Manpower (Appointmant and conditions
of Service) Rules
2019 persons having work experience of not
less thasn 2 years in District
Court Establishment or hhigh
court of M.P are eligible for
appearing in suitability
test to be
cconducted for the
post of junior System Analyst if they
have essential qualification
b.
He/ she has not faced any departmental enquiry or ever been punished for misconduct or
any ther reason
Application;-
All eligible candidates who are
desirous of appearing in the
ddirect Recruitmant through Suitability
Test are directed to send duly filled Appication Form
alongwith selyf atteated
copies of documents two coloured passport size photo on or
before 02-03-2020

advertisement.
Notes;-
Candidates are required to fill all necessary information
carefully before submission of
Application Form , there
shall be no provision for
correction after submission
2 Candidates are advised to keep with
him /her a copy of the finally
submitted/ form.

Publication of list-
Every candidates
who have fulfill elgibility shall
have to submit an Application Form
which shall be ported on the website of
High Court of M.P along with
Advertisment and candidates may
download and take print out of it duly filed up and singnwed by him along wwith self attested copies of all required documents $ recent colored photographs.
The Application form
and documents must be sent in
such a manner and within such a
time that that the same must reach/
be received in Examination cell
of the
high court on or be fore
last date ffor
the receipt of application Form I e 02 -03-2020 candidates are
cautioned that their application if found to be incomplete or / annnd are ncot
accompanied by the requiite documents will be summarily rejected
without assigning any reason.
Non –receipt of completed application form of any candidate within time
mentioned above for whatsoever reason even postal delay will not be accepted as
an excuse for late submission of application forms and application received
after last date shall be summarily
reiected
4 .examinationfee;-
No fee shall be charged to
the eligible candidates for appearing in the writren test of suitability
test-2020
5.age
limit :-
As per
rule 4 of the Madhya Pradesh district court technical manpower (application and
candidates of service ) rules 2019
Candidates should be above 18 year but should
not have crossed the maximum age prescribed by the state government:
Provided that the candidates appointed
under the scheme of e-court project of the supreme court of india and has
worked for
2 years or more shall be entitled for age
relaxation of the period of such
Appointment /services subject to maximm age
limit up to 55 years for the posts mentioned in schedule-l

The candidates (s) who are already employed
under central/state govt./
p.s.o/ autonomous bodies (other than district
court or high court of m.p) will have to bring and submit no objection
certificate noc from the competent authority /employer at the time of filing
form failing which candidates will not be allowed to participate in examination
7. call letters:-
Admit cards/hall tikets shall
be generated by mp high court on its website (www.mphc.gov.in)
and the candidates shall download and may take a print-out of admit card it
shall be ensured that admit cards are generated by mp high court atleast 7 days
prior to the date of examination.
Admit
cards/hall tickets will be issued only to those candidates who have submitted
his /her application forms complete in all respect within prescribed period if
any candidate fails to submit application form within prescribed period if
shall tantamount to thir non- willingness to appear in suitability test 2020
8.selection processs-
Selection
process shall be conducted in three phases i.e.(1) written examination
(150marks) (2) two years past performance appraisal (25marks)&(3)interview
(25 marks).
9. written examination-
There
shall be a written examination (objectivetype) containing 150 multiple choice
(of 150 marks )whose answer has to be given in 02 hours on omr sheet provided
by the examination cell date
