NCL ] Miniratna company has mandated skill Council for meaning set
meaning sectors [ SCMS ] [ meaning skill sector Council ] to conduct
various skill development training program for local youths iSn meaning
sectors so as to to enhance their employability skill and sector has
National skill qualification framework guideline[ NSQF ]

1.1 first person will
be given to project affected persons [ paps ] with Hindi radius of 25 kilometre
of the projects/ site/ mines / area HQ/ company HQ of NCL. performance

2.1 the qualification
