MP TET 2021: Application (Reopens on Dec 14), प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड द्वारा विज्ञापन क्रमांक 13/ 2019-20  के माध्यम से पूर्व में माह जनवरी फरवरी 2020 में उक्त परीक्षा हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरवाए गए थे जिसकी परीक्षा माह मार्च 2022 में प्रस्तावित है मध्यप्रदेश शासन जनजाति कार्य विभाग से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव अनुसार उनके विभाग के रिक्त प्राथमिक शिक्षक के पदों हेतु भी पात्रता परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाना है जिसके परिपेक्ष में मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत Eligibility Recruitment Test 2020 for Primary Teacher प्राथमिक शिक्षक के लिए पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 के अनुक्रम में दोनों विभागों मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग एवं मध्य प्रदेश शासन जनजातीय कार्य विभाग हेतु प्राथमिक शिक्षक के लिए संयुक्त पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 के लिए केवल नवीन आवेदकों से ऑनलाइन आवेदन  पत्र की http://peb.mp.gov.in/e_default.html आधिकारिक Eligibility Recruitment Test 2020 for Primary Teacher MPTET ONLINE APPLY वेबसाइट https://peb.mponline.gov.in/Portal/Examinations/Vyapam/examsList.aspx  के माध्यम से दिनांक 14/12/ 2021 से 28/12/2021 तक आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे इस अवधि में भरे गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्रों में संशोधन दिनांक 02/01/ 2022 तक किया जा सकता है प्राथमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 हेतु पूर्व में जनवरी-फरवरी 2020 में आयोजित आवेदित अभ्यर्थियों को पुनः आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है पूर्व में भरे गए एवं नवीन भरे जाने वाले आवेदन पत्र दोनों विभागों के पदों हेतु मान होंगे

 

पात्रता परीक्षा संबंधी विभागीय नियम

 

 निशुल्क एवं अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देश दिनांक 01/01/ 2011 के अनुसार उक्त पात्रता परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाना है मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के आदेश मध्य प्रदेश प्राथमिक शाला शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के आयोजन हेतु प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड भोपाल को अधिकृत किया गया इसके लिए निम्नानुसार निर्देश जारी किए जाते हैं

 

 मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा प्राथमिक शिक्षक के लिए पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 के अनुक्रम में मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के विभाग के पत्र क्रमांक एप्स176 तथा मध्य प्रदेश शासन जनजातीय कार्य विभाग के पत्र क्रमांक 1475  दिनांक 25 अगस्त 2021 में दोनों विभागों द्वारा विभागीय नियमों में एकरूपता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए संयुक्त प्राथमिक शाला शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा आयोजन के संबंध में सहमति प्रदान की गई है 

1. पद का विवरण- प्राथमिक शिक्षक
2.  आवेदन पत्र/ निर्देश पुस्तिका- प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड भोपाल एवं विभाग के निर्देश निर्देश अनुसार होगा
3.  परीक्षक/ प्रोफेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड भोपाल के निर्देश अनुसार होगा
4.  निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता

 

 

निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता

 कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ हायर सेकेंडरी अथवा इसके समकक्ष तथा प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में 2 वर्ष के डिप्लोमा या उसके समकक्ष

 

अथवा

 50% अंकों के साथ स्नातक तथा शिक्षा स्नातक B.Ed जिसने राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से शिक्षा स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की है उस पर कक्षा एक से पांच तक पढ़ाने के लिए अध्यापक के रूप में नियुक्ति हेतु विचार किया जाएगा

अथवा

 कम से कम 45% अंकों के साथ हायर सेकेंडरी अथवा इसके समकक्ष तथा राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद मान्यता मानक और क्रियाविधि विलियम 2002 के अनुसार प्रारंभिक शिक्षा शास्त्र में 2 वर्ष का डिप्लोमा

अथवा

 कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ हायर सेकेंडरी अकबर इसके समकक्ष तथा प्रारंभिक शिक्षा शास्त्र में 4 वर्षीय स्नातक उपाधि D.El.Ed

 

अथवा

कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ हायर सेकेंडरी अथवा इसके समकक्ष तथा शिक्षा शास्त्र में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा

अथवा

 स्नातक उपाधि तथा प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा अथवा इसके समकक्ष

नोट- आरक्षित वर्गों जैसे अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग में तथा निशुल्क व्यक्तियों के अभ्यर्थियों को हारता करें अंको में 5% तक की छूट दी जाएगी

5.            शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में अरे होने के लिए वर्ग वार न्यूनतम अंकों का प्रतिशत निम्नलिखित अनुसार होगा

6 स्पष्टीकरण

1. पात्रता परीक्षा में सरकारी अंक प्राप्त करने मात्र से नियुक्ति हेतु कोई दावा नहीं किया जा सकता
2.  अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी हैं एवं जिनके पास मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी वैध जाति प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध है केवल उन्हें न्यूनतम 50% अंक का लाभ प्राप्त होगा अन्य राज्य के आवेदकों के लिए न्यूनतम 60% अंक प्राप्त करना होगा 
3. दिव्यांगजन आवेदकों के लिए न्यूनतम अहर्ता कारी अंक 50% होंगे
4. प्राथमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में भाग लेने वाले आवेदक जो निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता अर्जित करने की परीक्षा के अंतिम वर्ष में प्रवेश रहते हैं पात्रता परीक्षा में बैठने हेतु मान होंगे ऐसे आवेदकों को उस तिथि की अनुसूची उपाधि पारित किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा जिस तिथि को उनके परीक्षण हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यता के प्रमाण पत्र मांगे जाएंगे
5.   नवीन आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम आयु 1 जनवरी 2021 को 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए यहां यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त आयु सीमा केवल प्राथमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में भाग लेने हेतु ही मान्य होगी प्राथमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 के अंतिम परिणामों के आधार पर की जाने वाली वास्तविक भर्ती के समय पात्र अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम एवं अधिकतम आयु सीमा के संबंध में स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग तथा जनजातीय कार्य विभाग के सेवा शर्तों एवं विभागीय भर्ती नियम तथा सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के तत्सम में प्रचलित प्रावधान तथा दिशानिर्देश लागू होंगे
6.  प्राथमिक शाला शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में भाग लेने वाले अभ्यर्थियों से विभाग स्तर पर होने वाले व्यय की प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए आरक्षित अभ्यार्थियों से रुपए सो रुपए एवं अनारक्षित आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों से ₹50 पीईबी द्वारा प्राप्त किए जाएंगे एवं इस राशि को विभाग को स्थानांतरित किया जावेगा 

 

प्राथमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा 2020 हेतु परीक्षा योजना एवं पाठ्यक्रम

 परीक्षा योजना

A.           पात्रता परीक्षा हेतु 150 अंकों का एक प्रश्न पत्र होगा परीक्षा की अवधि2.30 घंटे की होगी

B.            प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक होगा रण आत्मक मूल्यांकन नहीं होगा

C.            पात्रता परीक्षा के सभी प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रकार के होंगे जिनके चार विकल्प होंगे और एक विकल्प सही होगा

D.            परीक्षा की संरचना एवं विषय वस्तु निम्न अनुसार होगी

5 प्रश्नों की प्रकृति एवं स्तर निम्नानुसार होगा

1  बाल विकास एवं शिक्षा शास्त्र के प्रश्न 6 से 11 वर्ष आयु समूह के शिक्षण एवं सीखने के शैक्षणिक मनोविज्ञान पर आधारित होंगे

2  भाषा 1 के प्रश्न आवेदन पत्र में चुनी गई भाषा के माध्यम से प्रवाहित पर आधारित होंगे

3  भाषा दो भाषा एक से पृथक होगी आवेदक आवेदन पत्र में हिंदी अंग्रेजी संस्कृत उर्दू में से कोई भी भाषा चुन सकेंगे आवेदन पत्र में चुनी गई भाषा की प्रेस नहीं हल कर सकेंगे भाषा 2 के प्रश्न भाषा के तत्व संप्रेषण और समझने की क्षमताओं पर आधारित होंगे

4  गणित एवं पर्यावरण अध्ययन के प्रश्न विषय की अवधारणा समस्या समाधान और पेड्डागा जी की समझ पर आधारित होंगे

MP TET Exam Process 2021

MP TET exam process 2021 includes the following steps.

 

Step 1: MP TET application form
